We offer weekly, bi- weekly, monthly and one-time clean ups, while keeping your yard sanitized and deodorized.
How We Do It
1. On your scheduled day, we send a text to our retrospective client reminding them of their scheduled day.
2 We clean your yard of not only your pets waste, but we also clean it of any unwanted junk, trash, or objects.
3 We are fast, efficient, and responsive. Upon completion, we send you a photograph of your finished yard for your quality judgment and convenience.
4 Upon approval, we sanitize and clean our equipment for our next client. To give them and their pets, the same experience we gave you!
When we are working in your yard, we are making mental notes of possible problems we find like fence breech, weird waste, gate repair or anything else that looks out of the ordinary in your yard. Upon completion, you are notified of any irregularities with photographs as well.
Q. What do I need to do before my service?
A. Your yard must be free of excessively tall grass, leaves and debris for our guarantee to be in place. We cannot pick up what we cannot see. However, we are diligent to get what we can see.
Q. Do I have to be home at the first service?
A. Not necessarily. If your furry friends are inside, it is no problem for us to scoop without you there. However, we would like to have you there to be introduced to them. Some homeowners have doggy doors and they come out to visit when we are there even when the homeowners are not.
Inclement weather is something that we deal with quite a bit here in Florida. Sometimes it can make it dangerous or even impossible to come on scheduled scoop days. We will contact you with our intentions of rescheduling. If we are unable to make up the missed day, we will credit your next invoice.
Customer Requested Skips
If for any reason you do not want a scheduled visit, (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) please give us 24-hour notice of the skip. We will credit your next invoice for the skipped visit.
